Q: |
I was asked to get
three
estimates on my vehicle. Is this beneficial to me? |
|
A: |
Insurers often ask for
more than one appraisal. This is how they keep costs competitive; the
bad part is they will usually choose the least expensive appraisal.
Remember: The cheapest estimate will usually result in the cheapest
repairs to your car! At Stewart Collision, we will work closely
with the paying insurer to ensure the highest quality repairs for you
at the most competitive pricing for them. |

|
Q: |
Are all collision
repair facilities and technicians licensed? |
|
A: |
No, unfortunately not.
This is why it is important for you to make an informed decision when
choosing a repair facility. Look for technician/facility
certifications such as A.S.E. (Automotive Service Excellence) and
I-CAR (Inter-industry Council on Auto Collision Repair). |

|
Q: |
Is there a difference
in workmanship from repair facility to repair facility? |
|
A: |
There is a major
difference in workmanship from facility to facility. We use only
the highest quality materials, parts, and technical expertise to
restore your vehicle back to its pre-loss condition. We work closely
with all insurance companies to ensure all necessary repair procedures
are completed on your vehicle. |

|
|
Q: |
Do we use only original
manufacturer parts? |
|
A: |
We only use O.E.M. parts.
We will use alternate parts if you request/approve them. |

|
Q: |
What about cars that
have fiberglass and plastic bodies, such as Saturns and Corvettes? |
|
A: |
These vehicles require
special techniques, equipment, and materials in the process of their
repair. Stewart Collision technicians are fully trained and
experienced to perform repairs and refinishing on these types of cars.
